WORTHLESS CHECK POLICY
The state of Florida authorizes Florida USSSA Fastpitch to collect a service charge to compensate for bank fees and/or cost incurred as a result of receiving and collecting on a worthless check. Florida USSSA Fastpitch will notify and bill you if your check is returned by the bank for non-payment. You must pay, via certified funds or money order, the original amount of check plus a dishonored check fee (see chart below).

Florida USSSA Fastpitch will:
...NOT accept checks that are post-dated (a check bearing a date in the future, i.e., a check written on January 1, 2012 should not be dated January 5, 2012) or checks with no date on them at all.
...NOT agree to hold a check for ANY length of time.
...NOT accept third-party checks.
OFFICIAL USSSA FASTPITCH SOFTBALLS
As governed by USSSA Rules, the official ball to be used must:
--have optic yellow cover
--have the internal composition of the core and the material of the cover clearly printed on the ball
--must have the words "Official Fast Pitch Sofftball" clearly printed on the ball.
--have "USSSA FAST PITCH CLASSIC" lettering and logo clearly printed on the ball
--have raised seams (The stitch color must be blue)
--be approved by the USSSA
The cover shall be of horsehide, cowhide, or other material approved by USSSA
